Drive through the gate into the estate's motor court with three car garage, then follow the path through the Japanese garden into the entrance deck that separates the main home from the guest wing. Here one is met with the serene sounds of a waterfall.  Terraced towards the shamrock shaped pool are lanai dining and sunbathing areas. Towards the right is a barbecue/entertainment deck, and to the right on a lower tier is the meditation garden.  Beyond are the grounds with angled grassy pathways sided by tropical gardens. On the ground's highest knoll is a large cabana under an ancient banyan tree.  From here, the 270 degree views are breathtaking whether watching a sunrise with early morning coffee or enjoying a spectacular sunset with evening cocktails.  In between, enjoy the view while having a shaded intimate lunch or lounging with a good book on the lawn.
